At Raising Explorers Nursery Manningham, our aim is to provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where every child feels valued, supported and inspired to learn. We are passionate about giving children the best possible start in life by encouraging curiosity, creativity, confidence and independence through play based learning. Guided by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), we celebrate each child's individuality, support their development at their own pace and build strong partnerships with parents and carers. Our goal is to create happy, confident and enthusiastic little learners who are equipped with the skills and foundations they need for their next exciting stage of learning.

At Raising Explorers Nursery Manningham, we provide a welcoming, safe and stimulating environment designed to inspire little learners. Our bright, spacious and thoughtfully arranged learning areas encourage children to explore, discover and develop through play. With age appropriate resources, engaging activity spaces and opportunities for creative, sensory and imaginative play, our facilities support every stage of your child’s development. Each area is carefully designed to promote independence, confidence and curiosity, ensuring children feel comfortable, happy and excited to learn every day. We understand that choosing the right nursery is one of the most important decisions a parent makes. That’s why we strive to create a home away from home, where you can feel confident that your child is safe, cared for, valued and given every opportunity to thrive.

A warm and welcoming entrance where children and families can feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.

Baby Room

6–18 Months1:3 Staff Ratio

Our cosy Baby Room provides a warm, nurturing home from home environment. With sensory activities, soft play spaces and caring practitioners, babies feel safe, secure and supported as they reach their first milestones.

Toddler Room

18–30 Months1:5 Staff Ratio

Our welcoming Toddler Room encourages little explorers to discover, create and grow. With exciting play areas and hands on activities, toddlers develop independence, communication skills and friendships through play.

Pre-School Room

2½–4 Years1:8 Staff Ratio

Our bright and spacious Pre-School Room inspires curiosity, independence and a love of learning. Through exciting activities and purposeful play, children develop essential skills and confidence as they prepare for school.

Sensory Room

Our enchanting Sensory Room combines calming lights, soothing colours and interactive experiences to stimulate curiosity, encourage relaxation and support sensory development in a peaceful environment.

Garden

Our vibrant outdoor play area offers endless opportunities for adventure! With climbing equipment, ride on toys and imaginative activities, children develop confidence, creativity and physical skills while having fun in the fresh air.

A Day at Raising Explorers Nursery Manningham

At Raising Explorers Nursery Manningham, we offer extended opening hours to provide flexibility and convenience for busy families. We are open Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 7:00pm & 10:00am – 4:00pm on weekends, making it easier for parents to balance work, family life and childcare commitments.

Every day at Raising Explorers Nursery Manningham is filled with fun, discovery and exciting learning opportunities! From a warm morning welcome to engaging activities throughout the day, our little explorers enjoy a balance of creative play, sensory experiences, outdoor adventures, stories, songs and hands on learning. Healthy meals, snacks and restful moments are thoughtfully incorporated into our daily routine, ensuring children feel happy, comfortable and energised. With activities tailored to each child’s age, interests and developmental needs, every day brings new opportunities to build friendships, develop confidence, learn new skills and create wonderful memories.

Welcome & Breakfast

A warm welcome, free-flow breakfast and relaxed play to help children settle in and start the day feeling happy and secure.

9:00am – 11:30am

Play, Learning & Outdoors

Songs, stories, planned activities and outdoor play give children opportunities to wonder, explore and enjoy learning through everyday experiences.

11:30am – 2:00pm

Lunch Rest & Quiet Time

A healthy lunch followed by nap time for children who need it, with calm activities and quiet play available for those who are awake.

2:00pm – 5:00pm

Creative Play & Teatime

Children enjoy planned creative and messy play activities that encourage curiosity, confidence and new skills, followed by teatime.

5:00pm – 7:00pm

Free Play & Home Time

Outdoor and indoor free play gives children time to relax, build friendships and flourish before getting ready to head home. Outdoor play in the field, then playtime in the room before it’s time to head home.
